• Blot brows every 15–30 minutes for 2–3 hours to remove lymph fluid.
• Do not wash brows today.
• Apply a rice-grain amount of ointment if advised by your artist.
• Brows may look dark, bold, or slightly swollen.
DAYS 2–3
• Brows may feel dry or tight.
• Apply a thin layer of ointment 1–2× daily (unless told otherwise).
• Do NOT pick, scratch, or rub.
• Avoid getting brows wet while showering.
DAYS 4–7
• Flaking and peeling begin—this is normal.
• Brows may look patchy or light underneath flakes.
• Allow flakes to fall off naturally.
• Apply ointment only if overly dry.
DAYS 7–14
• Brows start settling and softening.
• You may resume gentle washing with fragrance-free cleanser.
• Avoid makeup and sun exposure on brows.

• Picking, scratching, or rubbing brows
• Makeup or creams on brows
• Sweating, gym, saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs
• Swimming or submerging the face
• Sun exposure and tanning beds
• Harsh skincare (retinol, acids, vitamin C)
• Sleeping on your face
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Clean around brows gently with fragrance-free cleanser.
• Apply minimal ointment only if dry.
• Use clean pillowcases and avoid touching brows.
• Keep brows protected from sunlight.
HEALING TIMELINE

• Rubbing, picking, touching the lash line
• Sweating, saunas, steam rooms
• Swimming or submerging face in water

• Lash extensions or lash lifts
• Contact lenses for 24–48 hours
• Direct sun exposure or tanning beds
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Use a cold compress wrapped in a clean cloth to reduce swelling.
• Sleep on your back to avoid friction.
• Wear glasses instead of contacts for the first 1–2 days.
• Keep the area clean and dry.

Color will look light-final color takes 4-6 weeks to develop.
Continue hydrating with a gentle, fragrancel free lip balm.

Swimming, steam rooms, heavy sweating, or saunas
Sun exposure or tanning beds
Hot, spicy, or salty foods directly touching lips
Kissing or activities that stretch/wet lips

Drink through a straw for the first 3 days.
Sleep on your back to avoid rubbing lips.
Wash face carefully -avoid direct contact with lips.
